These snakes & ladders board games are a fun and interactive way to boost your students’ vocabulary and language skills. Select a vocabulary set which is aligned with your lesson aims. Ask you students to choose a counter. Take it in turns to roll the dice and move around the board. If your students land on the bottom of a ladder, they go up and if they land on a snake’s head, they go down. The winner is the first one to reach the end. When a player lands on a picture, click to enlarge it. Throughout the game you can propose various vocabulary challenges like spelling, sentence creation, grammar questions or pronunciation practice.
