This I Spy game is a fun and interactive way for children to practise and reinforce verbs in English. The worksheet features a variety of pictures, each representing different action words.

Target language: ride, run, swim, go, throw, study, watch, play, read, climb, listen, get, dance, brush, speak, fly, have, eat, sing, cook, paint, ski, sleep, buy, drive, jump.

Instructions: one player chooses a verb from the worksheet and says, “I spy with my little eye a verb beginning with…(the first letter of the verb)” The other players then look at the pictures and try to guess the verb. The player who guesses correctly wins!
