Printable worksheet
A fun and engaging classroom game, ideal for teaching children letters of the alphabet.
Target language: letters and colours
Instructions: start with ‘Game 1’. Each child colours the letters red, yellow, blue or green. The teacher then calls out at random a series of letters and colours, keeping note as the game goes on.
For example: ‘Red A’ … ‘Green J’ … ‘Yellow E’
When the children hear a combination which they have on their worksheet, they cross it out. The first child to cross out all of their letters, calls out Bingo! and is the winner of the game. Repeat for Game 2 and Game 3.
You will need: one worksheet per child.
