This I Spy game is a fun and interactive way for children to practise and reinforce clothes vocabulary in English. The worksheet features a variety of pictures of different types of clothes.

Target language: glasses, hat, necklace, shirt, jeans, trousers, socks, t’shirt, shoes, shorts, skirt, flip flops / sandals, scarf, cap, trainers, earrings, woolly hat, belt, gloves, hoodie, sunglasses, jacket, tie, swimming costume, dress, bow tie, jumper, boots, raincoat.

Instructions: one player chooses a word from the worksheet and says, “I spy with my little eye something beginning with…(the first letter of the word)” The other players then look at the pictures and try to guess the word. The player who guesses correctly wins!
