This simple board game is perfect for practising vocabulary related to parts of the face and body. It’s a great way to engage children in learning while building essential language skills in a fun, interactive way!
Target language: head, eyes, nose, mouth, ear, body, arm, leg, hand, feet.
Instructions: In pairs or small groups, children take turns rolling the dice and moving their counter along the board. As they land on different body parts, they say the word out loud, make sentences, point to the corresponding part of their own body, or even colour the body part on the board! This versatile game encourages active participation and reinforces both vocabulary and speaking skills.
You will need: one worksheet, one dice per pair or small group, and one counter per child.
